Located at the southern tip of the Amirantes islands, the Alphonse group lies some 312 miles from Mahe. The group stretches 10 miles from Alphonse in the north to St. Francois in the south with beautiful Bijoutier in the middle. Alphonse is a small triangular shaped coral island covered with trees and palms and boasting over 2 miles of coast, all protected by a coral reef, offering some of the worlds finest diving and fishing. The hotel is built amongst the trees, with the accommodation all facing the lagoon and beach, and offers a very high standard of luxury and comfort.
Accommodation: 25 individual chalets built on stilts with thatched roof and veranda and 5 Executive Villas which have a large terrace, private Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and Turbomassage. All are elegantly furnished, air conditioned and have international direct access telephone, TV, mini-bar, ceiling fan, safe and en suite bathroom with outside shower.

Seasons: The hotel is open all year round, but open sea activities such as fishing, diving and excursions may be curtailed, depending on weather conditions, during the months of July and August when the trade winds are at their strongest.
